A Letter to my Readers

I used to be worried of the judgement people would put on me if I didn’t live a perfectly healthy lifestyle. I felt guilty if the food I ate wasn’t entirely organic, if I indulged in chocolate, or if I stayed up too late.

Even though I’m qualified to talk about natural health as a professional, I felt in order to do so, I had to portray the image of perfect health ALL THE TIME. But I’m here to tell you, because I suffered and learned the hard way, to stop feeling pressured and to give yourself time to mature into your health journey over time, not overnight.

Practicing a natural lifestyle should be taking small steps every day leading to a healthier destination. Maybe that means taking a walk to increase your step count, growing a garden to clear your mind, supporting local businesses, recycling, or drinking that extra cup of water.

Living a healthy lifestyle shouldn’t be miserable, and it is not all or nothing. Natural living is something that we can grow into and watch as we transform ourselves, families, and overall well being.

Wherever you are in your health journey there is room for you here without any type of judgement because we are all on this journey together. Relax knowing it is the small changes that add up and everybody is growing in their wellness journey in their own time.
