It’s officially fall! Can we kick it off with one of my favorite flavors PUMPKIN SPICE. I know, basic things that make us American girls happy, right? But seriously, such a small thing makes me so excited to embrace the changes the seasons have to offer.
The ingredients:
½ cup pumpkin puree
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 T stevia (or maple syrup is great too!)
¼ tsp vanilla
1 cup cooled espresso
¼ cup almond milk
Coconut whipped cream
Combine everything in a blender and mix. Serve over ice and with whipped cream on top. Easy as that!!
If you’re in a pinch for time I recommend the Kalifia Farms pumpkin pie spiced creamer. It is dairy free and clean eating approved. (Plus I tend to prefer Kalifia Farms over the expensive coffee drinks we are all so guilty of indulging in from retailers-who-must-not-be-named which can break the bank if we add them all up over the course of the year, not to mention the ingredients in them that may add up on your waistline. 😉
