Ingredients
1 small diced onion
2 ribs diced celery
2/3 cup olive oil or avocado oil
1/2 tsp ground sage
Dash black pepper
Dash of salt
10 cups gluten free bread cut up into cubes
3-4 cups chicken stock
2 Tbsp parsley
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp thyme
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- On the stove top add the onion, celery, and sage to the olive oil. Cook over medium heat until tender and onions are translucent.
- Put the bread cubes in a large bowl. Add the onion mixture and herbs. Pour the chicken stock on top until the bread is moistened, but not wet. Gently toss. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a greased baking dish, bake for 40 minutes.
- Uncover and bake for another 5 minutes.
