Cranberry Relish Recipe

Add some sweetness to your Thanksgiving dishes with this fruity and delicious, healthy recipe. Gelatin and cranberries are the key ingredients in this recipe, and they both have many health benefits. Together, they’re a powerful, healthy combination.

Gelatin provides essential amino acids which help the body produce collagen. Collagen is not only great for your nails, skin, and hair, but it’s also great for your gut and other connective tissues. It helps support the integrity of your intestinal wall, helping to fight against “leaky gut” issues, and it can even help strengthen your bones and cartilage by helping the body absorb more calcium.

Cranberries are actually considered a “super food”. They’re extremely high in antioxidants, especially phenols. They’re great for liver, eye, urinary, and cardiovascular health. Cranberries have also been shown to hep improve gut bacteria and reduce acids.
