Gluten Free Stuffing Recipe

Those of you that live a gluten free lifestyle, shouldn’t have to miss out on this Thanksgiving staple. Try our delicious gluten free stuffing recipe that tastes like the real thing!

Ingredients

1 small diced onion

2 ribs diced celery

2/3 cup olive oil or avocado oil

1/2 tsp ground sage

Dash black pepper

Dash of salt

10 cups gluten free bread cut up into cubes

3-4 cups chicken stock

2 Tbsp parsley

1 tsp rosemary

1 tsp thyme

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. On the stove top add the onion, celery, and sage to the olive oil. Cook over medium heat until tender and onions are translucent. 
  3. Put the bread cubes in a large bowl. Add the onion mixture and herbs. Pour the chicken stock on top until the bread is moistened, but not wet. Gently toss. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. In a greased baking dish, bake for 40 minutes.
  5. Uncover and bake for another 5 minutes. 
  6. Enjoy!
